At 1am late Monday night, it looked like a bomb had hit my apartment. Stuff was everywhere as I not only packed for my year away, but packed up everything I owned to completely move out of my home of three years. Despite the mess, I went to bed.
From finishing my packing the next day (Tuesday), getting my stuff in storage, and meeting with a friend for lunch one last time, to getting a ride to the airport, clearing customs and boarding the plane just in time, it felt like people were praying for me; I could sense God's hand of sovereignty.
It's 8pm Wednesday as I write, and I just finished up a very profitable day meeting with people here at OM USA in Tyrone (near Atlanta), Georgia. Looking forward to visiting with my Bookling friends tomorrow, and boarding the plane for London, UK, on Friday. Speaking of which, please pray about my visa--that I won't have trouble getting into England--the country where, Lord willing, I'll be based for the next year.
